II.

Structure character:

　　1. Accept sus304 material.

　　2. drum type washer hasn’t foam,no dead corner,washing time is short,each washing time only 40minutes.

　　3. washer has one water inlet and two outlet.Before washing,can send 80℃ionized water or steam water to inlet,then start the machine,then the stopper/caps will rotating,on the same time the ionized water or steam water continuously come into drum to clean the impurity out from outlet.

　　4. When loading stopper,you use the step button to get trough upwards.When upload the stopper/caps out,you can turn on the rotate switch to let trough turn 90°to discharge stopper/caps out.

　　5. There are steam coiled pipes inside trough,client can connect steam from inlet to keep water in a temperature.(client can choose don’t connect steam)

　　6. Control method: this machine is designed with PLC program,can control machine automatically.
